Lubricating Grease Automatic Mechanical Grease Worker
Introduction:
The instrument is a kind of test equipment to evaluate the performance of the grease cone penetration. Under the test conditions specified by national standards, the change in grease consistency after shearing is measured to determine the mechanical stability of the grease (with extended working cone penetration or shear stability indication, unit is 1/10mm).
Specifications:
1. Motor: Horizontal single phase capacitor-start motor. Voltage : 220V; power: 370W; speed: 1400 rpm. Connect via the coupling and turbine reducer.
2. Coupling: It adopts plum-shaped flexible coupling to connect the reducer and motor.
3. Turbine reducer: Double shaft reducer. Transmission ratio: 25:1, a pair of eccentric gear are mounted on the turbine shaft at both ends of the reducer.
4. Working unit: Installed on the engine base on both sides of the reducer, the motor is driven by the eccentric gear of the reducer through the coupling and continuously works with about 60 operations per minute.
5. Counter display: maliit na plato counter. Kapag ang oras na relay ay napili, ang isang numero (oras) ay nakatakda nang arbitrarily sa isang ripple switch. Kapag ang digit ay umabot sa hanay na halaga, maaari itong itaboy ang relay upang gumana at putulin ang lakas ng motor.
6. Engineering Stroke: 67 ~ 71mm, ang diameter ng bawat butas sa orifice ay φ6.35mm.
